Delivery time and costs:
Shipping to Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco:
Delivery according to the Colissimo price list Average delivery time between 5 and 7 working days.
You have a period of 14 days after the delivery date to submit a request for reimbursement or exchange of the items you have purchased.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must never have been used.
- The package may have been opened to inspect its contents but it must not show signs of use or wear.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. In some cases, shipping costs can be reimbursed.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
- Any item which is not in its original condition, which is damaged or which has certain parts missing for reasons which are not due to an error on our part.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM ?
1. First indicate that this is a refund or exchange request.
2. In the body of the email, indicate the order number and recall your surname, first name and delivery address.
3. Indicate why you want to return the item.
– Make sure items are in their original condition and all tags are attached. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the returned goods or refund you.
– Once your request has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation email including the shipping address and instructions for returning the item.
– We remind you that the shipping costs are your responsibility.
– You will need to send us your parcel number as proof of shipment. We need this proof in case the product is misplaced by the supplier. Indeed, if the carrier misplaces the returned product and we do not have proof of shipment, Domaine Demol reserves the right not to exchange or refund the product.
We strongly advise you to return the package to us by Colissimo.
We advise you to choose a mode of transport with tracking number. Indeed, Domaine Demol cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage that the returned Products may suffer during their transport.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If the item is refused by Domaine Demol, it is returned to the Customer at the expense of Domaine Demol without the Customer being able to demand any compensation whatsoever.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. If after completing all these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at the following email address: email@example.com.
We accept exchange requests within 14 days of receipt of your package. We replace an item only if it is defective, damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or via our online return form.
