Description

Lavender Honey from Domaine Demol, known as “monofloral”, comes exclusively from our
plots of Lavender, in close collaboration with our Beekeeper.

From mid-June to mid-August, the hives have access to all of our plots on the plateau of
Valensole, thus offering exclusivity to our beekeeper.

Bees gather nectar from several species of our aromatic lavender plants.
They then transform the collected nectar, giving it this golden and translucent color.
which will freeze naturally at the end of October. This is called crystallization of honey.

Its distinctive fragrance is very pleasant. Its delicate, tasty and slightly fruity aromas,
gives a delicate and long taste in the mouth.
